These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CTRAX Technologies platform, including TRAX Safety hardware, software, analytics, and related services.
By accessing or using CTRAX Technologies services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CTRAX provides AI-powered vehicle intelligence, license plate recognition, speed analytics, and related investigative and operational tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically until canceled. Installation and activation fees are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.
Hardware pricing, installation, and maintenance terms may be provided in separate proposals, quotes, or order forms.
You agree to use CTRAX only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable surveillance, privacy, and data protection laws.
You retain ownership of data you provide. CTRAX may process and store data as necessary to deliver the services.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
CTRAX Technologies and all related software, branding, and documentation remain the exclusive property of CTRAX Technologies.
CTRAX provides investigative and operational tools only and does not guarantee prevention of crime, arrests, or specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTRAX's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to CTRAX during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTRAX Technologies from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to CTRAX Technologies or TRAX Safety shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
