Christopher C. Davis was born and raised on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana where he developed an early fascination with both public safety and technology. From a young age, he believed that one day he would create something meaningful that would help make this country safer and stronger.
He graduated from Lawrence Central High School as part of the Class of 2013. During high school, he studied computer programming and computer science at the Mackenzie Career Center, where he strengthened the technical foundation that would later support the creation of CTRAX Technologies.
Driven by a deep interest in law enforcement, criminal behavior, investigative strategy, and human decision-making, Christopher continued his education in Colorado, studying criminology and psychology at Northeastern College. This interdisciplinary background gave him a unique perspective on how technology, behavioral science, and law enforcement can work together to prevent crime and improve public safety outcomes.
Over the years, Christopher recognized a growing need for smarter, more accessible public safety intelligence systems that could serve not only law enforcement agencies, but also homeowners associations, property managers, businesses, financial institutions, private investigators, and security firms. He envisioned a platform that would combine artificial intelligence, license plate recognition, speed analytics, and real-time alerts into one powerful and affordable solution.
That vision became CTRAX Technologies and its flagship solution, TRAX Safety. The mission is simple but ambitious: to empower communities and organizations with real-time intelligence that helps detect threats, investigate incidents, reduce risk, and protect the people they serve.
Today, Christopher leads CTRAX with a long-term vision of building one of the nation’s most innovative public safety technology companies. His goal is to deliver enterprise-grade intelligence tools that help create safer roads, smarter communities, and a stronger future for generations to come.
